Note: ECOC 2024 Exhibition registration for exhibitors and visitors is available on ecocexhibition.com. Registration for the exhibition is free of charge. Conference tickets include registration for exhibition.

The registration rates below are for in-person and online attendance at ECOC 2024 in Frankfurt. Registration entitles to both types of attendance.

Student is defined as enrolled in either a Bachelor, Master degree or PhD programme. Proof of active student enrolment needs to be provided when picking up your conference badge. Presenters who fulfill this condition upon registration still qualify as students. Post-docs may not register as students.

The conference registration desk is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Image, sound, and media recordings
The ECOC organizers are entitled to make or have made photographs, films, or other media recordings during the ECOC. This is the case particularly since the event will be streamed. These recordings serve the purpose of publication for presentation and information, e.g. on the conference website, in publications, press and social media within the framework of the ECOC.
